Dear Members

Firstly, thank you for the interest that you’ve shown in our still-young association (just 2 years).

In less than a week, Saturday 5th June 2010, we’re organising a big Kitten/Puppy Adoption Day, in Nabeul.  It will be held, as usual, between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the gardens facing La Grande Jarre  (the big jar).

We hope that many of you can help with:

-          Setting up

-          Getting the kittens ready

-          To adopt a kitten and offer him/her a good life in a safe and loving environment

-          To propose the adoption of your kittens.  Of course tell us in advance, for obvious reasons.

Would you please contact:

By telephone: +216 25 239 239;

By email to sosanimaux.tunisie@gmail.org

Go to our website: www.sosanimauxtunisie.org

On Facebook, go to our official profile on this link: http://www.facebook.com/sosanimaux.tunisie?ref=profile

We’re counting on your fantastic help!  Let’s unite to help get these poor kittens and pups the loving homes they desperately need!

Thank you.

NB – We’re putting at your disposition our stand for the day.  You must stay with your kittens until the end of the event.  If there are any who haven’t been adopted, you must take them home with you, whilst waiting for us to find room for them at the association.

3-legged cat up for adoption

An adorable 9-y-o puss, castrated, vaccinated, but more than anything, he only has 3 legs after a tough life on the streets.  He needs you so much!  Are you that special loving person that he needs?

A son arrivée il y a 2 mois avec une patte gangrenée

The photo above shows him upon arrival here 2 months ago, with one paw attacked by gangrene.

Thanks to our volunteers, he was brought to us at SOS Animaux although unfortunately, he had to have one paw amputated due to gangrene having set in.  What a terrible existence, having to live on the streets fending for yourself, with no-one caring about you.  That’s bad enough, but to have a health problem too, you can only imagine what he’s been through!  We tend to think of stray animals as inconvenient nuisances, not thinking of their plight and everyday life.

We should give them a chance!

Après 3 semaines parfaitement rétabli

Après 3 semaines parfaitement rétabli

The above photo shows him after 3 weeks!  Fully recovered, and ready to face the world again – but with that special, loving Forever Family.  Today, although he only has 3 paws, this doesn’t stop him from being full of mischief!  He’s the most mischievous of all the cats!  He absolutely loves hugs and cuddles, and eats like there’s no tomorrow!   :-)

He’s waiting for you!  Adopt him!  Call us on +216 25 239 239.

Thank you, Inner Wheel

These two cuties were recent rescue cases, but thankfully they were able to be adopted without needing any veterinary treatment !

Good luck in your new life, darling ones.

This is the state of one dog that came to be abandoned after two years of home life; the owner laughs behind!  It’s shameful.
