SOS Animaux Tunisie

Aged about five months, this pretty little one was abandoned like this.

Once again, a female dog has come to us from the capital, Tunis.  She was found in a pitiful state; however, the wonderful lady who found her washed and groomed her, but sadly she couldn’t keep her.  So – this little girl is now looking for a loving Forever Home, with someone who will give her the love she so deserves.

Update:-  Scoty has now been adopted and renamed!  Today, her name is MOELLY and she’s soon to leave for her new home in Europe.

Thanks to all those who helped Moelly, and gave her a second chance.

The dogs were in an appalling state.   They were all full of parasites, and their health was such that it needed the help of the whole team at SOS Animaux.  In the above photo: Houwaida, Khmissa, Sonia and Med.  WELL DONE, EVERYONE.

An Italian friend contacted us so that she could come as a helper, and to rescue these pups.  This was a race against time, because twelve dogs from the same district had been shot dead because of complaints from local residents.

Seven of the pups are female; their devoted mum is constantly with them.

N.B.  English translator’s note: as at Monday afternoon, 2nd August, I’ve been informed by Hayet that this little cat was beyond help. Dr Raoudha had examined it, but it was too late for the poor puss, so Raoudha had to humanely put it to sleep.

Marley, pictured above, was brought here from the capital city, Tunis, by a Facebook friend.   This little girl is still with us and hasn’t found a home yet – and she’s still only 8 months old.

This little lady is Tina, found pregnant and frightened in the streets.  She was brought to our HQ  after giving birth to three puppies.  She’s now ready to be adopted, and is looking for a loving, Forever Home.  She’s only about two years old and has a wonderful, sweet nature.
