This is the lovely Lili. As you can see, she is slightly handicapped, which may be why she hasn’t got a home. Many people want “perfection” in a pet, which is mystifying, especially as we humans have imperfections of our own, be they visible or otherwise.Our English translator has been Mum to a handicapped cat: a 3-legged boy who, only weeks after his amputation following a car accident, was up and around, running and jumping high walls with his brothers and sisters, as if nothing had happened. Animals adapt to disability more than we give them credit for!
Who can resist those beautiful eyes? She’s a real little sweetie, longing for that loving, Forever Home.

Why is it that, time and time again, some of Joe Public seem to think it’s easier to just dump live animals in a cardboard box, and leave it somewhere for these poor innocents to perish?
